Before You Go

Important Reminders温馨提示

  1. Please arrive at the assembly point on time. You are solely responsible for any missed train or consequences caused by lateness.请您务必准时到达集合地点，若因迟到造成误车或其他后果，责任自负。
  2. Before departure, double-check your valid ID documents and luggage, and remind all travelling companions to carry their original ID (such as national ID, Hong Kong/Macao travel permit, passport, etc.).出发前请再次检查好有效身份证件、所需行李物品，请同时提醒随行人员带上有效身份证原件（如身份证、港澳通行证、护照等）。
  3. Pack daily essentials: a mainland China SIM card, water bottle, umbrella, phone charger (charging available onboard; power banks must be clearly labelled and rated at or below 100Wh), slippers and toiletries (the train provides disposable toiletries, slippers and tissues), plus a small amount of cash.请带齐常用物品：如国内电话卡，水杯，雨伞，手机充电器（列车上可充电，若携带充电宝，请确保标识清晰且功率不超过100Wh），拖鞋，洗漱用品（列车上提供一次性洗漱用品，拖鞋及纸巾等用品），现金少许。
  4. Temperatures vary sharply along the route; the highest temperature on this trip is 32°C and the lowest 3°C. Bring warm clothing and an umbrella so you can add or remove layers as needed.路途天气早晚温差较大，全程温度最高气温：32℃，最低气温3℃。早晚温差较大，请携带御寒衣服及雨伞，以便及时增添衣物，有备无患。
  5. Sun protection: ultraviolet exposure in Xinjiang is strong; prepare ample sun protection: sun hat, sunglasses, silk scarf, lip balm, sunscreen cream, etc. Special note: security control in Xinjiang is strict, and all pump-spray cosmetics (spray sunscreen, toner spray, hairspray, etc.) cannot be taken on the train and will not pass station security; please do not pack such items before departure.防晒用品：新疆紫外线较强，应准备充足的防晒品：太阳帽、太阳镜、丝巾、护唇膏、防晒霜等。特别说明：新疆管控严格，所有按压式喷雾状化妆品、如：防晒（喷雾型）、爽肤水（喷雾型）、发胶等都无法带上火车，火车站安全检查无法通过，请出行前不要携带此类物品，以免造成不便。
  6. Do not bring self-heating food or controlled knives onboard, and do not use power strips, rice cookers or other high-power appliances on the train.请不要携带自热食品及管制刀具上列车，请不要在列车上使用插线板、小电饭锅等大功率电器。
  7. Xinjiang is vast and its regional climates differ greatly; you may find it hard to adjust at first and may experience travel fatigue. Bring common medicines such as plasters, cold remedy, stomach medicine, travel-sickness tablets, heat-stroke remedies, mosquito repellent and altitude-sickness medication.新疆地域辽阔，各地气候环境差别较大，初到新疆可能一时难以适应，也许会出现水土不服症状，建议携带一些常备药物，如创可贴、感冒药、胃药、晕车药、防暑类、驱蚊液、抗高反药物等。
  8. Keep valuables with you. Elderly guests should carry a phone and memorise family and leader contact numbers.请随身携带好贵重物品。老年客人请带上手机，谨记家人、领队联系方式。
  9. Luggage size: we recommend a rectangular suitcase of 26 inches or smaller.行李箱尺寸：建议携带26寸及以下且长方体行李箱。
  10. Guest safety information card: carry it with you at all times; if you are worried about losing it, you may hand it to your tour leader for safekeeping.游客安全信息卡：需随身携带，若担心掉失也可交由领队保管。
  11. The local diet is strongly flavoured and centred on roasted dishes: baked buns (samsa), roast lamb and naan bread; both wheat and rice dishes are available. Xinjiang is also a land of fruit, and tasting it is a real pleasure, but never drink hot tea right after eating fruit, as this can cause an upset stomach. Do not eat too much Hami melon (it can cause internal heat), and avoid drinking hot water after eating grapes, which easily leads to diarrhoea. Local naan bread keeps for three to five days.饮食偏重口味，以烤为主，代表特色有：烤包子，烤羊肉，烤馕。面食米食均有！新疆也是水果之乡，到新疆吃水果是一大乐事，但千万不要在吃完水果后再喝热茶，以免造成腹泻。不要吃太多的哈密瓜，因为吃多了会上火。吃葡萄后不宜饮热水，易患腹泻。当地风味食品馕可保存三至五天。
  12. Most Xinjiang travel is natural scenery; please care for the landscape and protect the local ecology.新疆旅游绝大部分为自然风光，请爱护景点环境，保护生态。
  13. Xinjiang is a multi-ethnic region; respect local beliefs, do not discuss, defame or mock them, and live in harmony.新疆是一个多民族地区，请尊重当地民族信仰，不议论，不诋毁，不嘲笑，和平共处。
